Our facility features large-capacity cargo lifts with direct unit access, container accessibility, and a dedicated ramp for oversized items, supported by 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a police-linked alarm system, while maintaining a climate-controlled environment with real-time monitoring, alongside fireproof infrastructure and water detectors with integrated alarm functionality.
Prviate Storage
Private storage offers custom storage shelves designed for soft-packed artworks and wooden crates of various sizes, private storage rooms with individual security (including fingerprint scanners and CCTV surveillance), plus additional services including photography, limited staff access, unique air conditioning control, and a climate monitoring system with timely reporting.
Viewing Room
The Viewing Room features a 4.69m ceiling with CCTV surveillance and WiFi connection, equipped with adjustable track lights and a professional painting hanging system, while offering unified artwork transfer from warehouse to room and including a photo shooting background for documentation purposes.
WMS System （RFID）
Our warehouse integrates an advanced RFID system with a comprehensive Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize operations. The RFID technology, with sensors at all entry and exit points, enables real-time tracking of artwork movements and automated stocktakes, while promptly flagging any shipment discrepancies. Simultaneously, the WMS streamlines inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping processes by providing complete inventory visibility, item location tracking, and automated workflows for order fulfillment and replenishment, collectively enhancing security, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Artworks all risks insurance coverage for painting, sculptures, antiques, etc. Public liability for exhibitions and events.
Courier
Courier service is an option for small parcels of artworks. We will help you arrange all the required documents and keep you updated for shipment status. We also offer convoy service for small-size artworks by hand-carry to anywhere of the world.
ATA Carnet
We help to apply ATA Carnet for exhibition goods to avoid high duty and tax during importation in some countries, The application is complicated but which can lower your afford and shorten the customs clearance time.
Crating & Packing
We offer custom-solutions to meet with a variety of packing and transport challenges. We design and bespoke wooden crate from simple poly-lined single crate to museum travel crate. Our team selects suitable materials for packing, such as tissue paper, wax paper, Tyvek, bubble, carton box, T-frame, and wooden crate made by reinforced panels with EPE boards inside. Packing and unpacking are handled by our experienced art handlers. We conduct detailed condition check for your artwork,with condition report.
Framing Service
We provide framing and customization services for artworks. Based on the style and size of the piece, we assist clients in selecting suitable frames, mats, and protective casings (such as UV-filtering or anti-reflective types). We pay attention to the details of framing to ensure artworks are well-protected and complement the overall style of the display space.
Restoration Service
We provide restoration services for various types of artworks and paintings. Our experienced conservators address issues such as flaking paint, canvas tears, paper discoloration, or object damage. We prioritize the use of reliable materials and techniques to stabilize the condition of artworks and restore their original appearance as much as possible.
Hanging System
We offer hanging systems to allow you display artworks professionally, flexibly and securely. We would suggest rails and grippers according to the weightthe wall and ceiling. For client request for secure hanging in public area, we would provide T- screw security hangers.
Photography Service
We provide professional art photography services, focusing on accurately capturing the details and colors of artworks. Our services include photographing paintings, sculptures for catalogs, website promotion, and archival documentation. Equipped with professional photography gear and lighting equipment, we ensure image quality meets the requirements for various publishing and digital media needs.
Heavy Lifting Service
For projects that involve bulky or oversized artwork, we will pre-visit the venue to evaluate and analyse if special equipment is needed like hoisting, lifting or platform. And then, develop a precise plan for the whole process.
